Hey folks,

I hope that you're having a wonderful and restful winter break! Here's an upcoming event that people should definitely consider attending:

WinterCon is the first winter conference hosted by the Boston UU Young Adults (BUUYA). We would like to welcome all young adults near and far to create community, practice social justice work and have fun in the warm First Church in
Boston, MA. The conference will run from the evening of February 2nd to the morning of February 4th. The focus of this conference is how community can get us through hard times (like winter), and be the foundation for creating lasting positive change in our lives and the world.

Registration is due by January 26th and is now open on the Connect UU website (www.connectuu.com). Go to the website and click on WinterCON in the list of events. You will have to create an account to register for the event. If you need any help, let me know because the website can be a little confusing.

I'm definitely planning on going so I can offer space in my car for anyone else interested. The Boston UU young adults are very cool people and a UU weekend conference is an experience not to be missed!

See you all January 23rd!

The UUA defines young adult as ages 18-30. You should totally come!
